Q1: Why is the home office shredder not working?
A1-1: Please make sure you assemble the head and basket in correct directions.The front of the shredder head should be aligned with the protruding side of the trash can.
A1-2: Overheating, this design with 5 minute continuous run time with 40 minute cool down after use. Please allow the shredder to cool for at least 40 mins , otherwise it will not work properly.
